“Bug” on importing Excel template for “Engagement”. We’ve been using the Excel template that can be exported from the Engagement Tab and integrated it with our client take-in form.
We have the dates being calculated, put into the cells, and importing back into the Engagement tab using your “Create Excel Template” worksheet format. However, even though they are populated into the Engagement tab, the dates are not updating on the tracker, unless we manually go and either key them, or delete the last digit, and retype it.
For debugging and troubleshooting - we already tried just using the enter key to cycle through the fields (didn’t work) and we tried to just save, close, and re-open the file (didn’t work).
