I added T1M expense which increased the refund by $188.
I added medical expense which was less than the threshold amount. So no additional difference.
The Taxpayer has no debt on file. I was surprised to see that the change of province of residency resulted in an immediate and automatic benefits clawback based on date of move.
Recovered by the program: “Alberta Climate Leadership Adjustment Rebate” = $150.
It was my error. ReFile worked perfectly. Even better than expected. I did not expect the benefits clawback to be immediate.
