Slip Sync - Not seeing message in T1

We used Slip Sync last year for our T4 and T5 slips and it worked great. When you went to prepare a client’s T1 return for the year, you’d see a message at the top of the screen notifying you that there were slips available to import.

This year I’m not seeing that message. I’m working on a client’s T1 right now and we prepared the T5 slip a few months ago, and published to Slip Sync. I don’t see the message anywhere on their T1. Just to make sure, I reprinted the T5 slip from the T5 module and published to Slip Sync again, but it’s still not giving me any message on the T1.

Has something changed for 2021 in how this works?
