I get the message “error occurered while trying to contact taxfolder” when sending for signatures for a T2 client. First I thought it may be the email address causing issues, so I changed it to another email of the clients, but still getting the error. This happened a couple of years ago around the same time and it was quickly fixed
I am also getting the same issue. I tried signing TaxCycle out of TaxFolder and back in but now I’m getting an incorrect password error. However, when I log in to the website, it works fine using the same password.
The odd thing is that before I logged out out TaxFolder in TaxCycle, TaxCycle was successfully able to create the engagements in TaxFolder; TaxCycle just couldn’t create the signing request.
TaxFolder seems to be completely down now. Even when accessing via a web browser.
