I am set up on a remote server (so not directly connected to a scanner). I scan on my desktop of choice - whichever I’m on at the moment - and drop the scanned files (or emailed PDFs) in a folder on the remote server. My setup is identical to that shown by james1 above.
My problem is that when I go to “import” in DoxCycle it never looks at the designated folder, nor does it drop completed files into the “done” subfolder.
Any ideas as to how to debug?
