Rep a client down?

I am consistently getting an error that my credentials are incorrect but they are definitely not. Now I’m afraid the system will lock me out. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’d like to get some things done before the shutdown.

Yup. Me too. I was just going to post the same thing here.

Same here!

Yup, happening to everyone in our office.

Looks like this is a general problem.

I am having same issue and likewise my colleagues.

Yes me too and when you go and try and update credentials it provides a captcha which it says the answers are incorrect to when they clearly are correct?

Misery loves company. Hopefully we all don’t have to reset our passwords.

Looks like they are shutting it down early, I can no longer EFILE today as of 30 minutes ago also. This is common this time of year with CRA, but unfortunate when it holds soo many sectors up in the process. Schedule it fine so we can plan, but the random down times is enough.

I just logged in and had no problems.

Seems it’s back up… for now :face_exhaling:

Well I get past that screen this morning only to get this message.

Error 403–Forbidden

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol – HTTP/1.1:

10.4.4 403 Forbidden

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Try a different browser. When I use Chrome I get that message, but when I use Edge it works fine.

I am getting same error message; I tried different browsers and both in and outside our cloud server and still cannot access either.

I get the same message in Chrome; also tried Firefox. It must be their anti-hacking solution. Don’t let anyone access on-line info. Answer the phones quickly but take a year to do things.

That is the webserver, not the back end.

Something they are doing ahead of Dec 23…..Someone(s) is looking forward to a X.mas party.

Back in again. Just the new normal I guess. SNAFU

Agreed; now have access again.
