The school slip RL-24 doesnt mention the identification number and i can’t seem to file it unless I enter an amount.
Is there an option that i can click to say that there is no ID number?

It should either have an institution ID number or an individual’s SIN (in case of a home daycare). Ask the client to contact the school and find out the ID number.
