It appears in different locations, on different letters. When I click on it in the CLetter form, it seems like I can access it but I can’t delete it, nor cut it which seems really odd
Anyone else seen those or if anyone from TaxCycle sees this, any thoughts. This is relatively recent. From what I can tell it’s an update that was likely released in June/July.
I think I may have seen that icon at one point years ago when TaxCycle changed the way the logo image was used. My guess is that icon represents a corrupt logo image file, or a broken link to your logo image file. Have you tried re-importing your logo image file in Options?
