When I used CRA Auto-fill to get tax slips for a client, only one T4 showed up in TaxCycle. I asked the client for the missing documents. He said his bank posted over 500 T5008s and several T5s dated on March 25, 2025. I checked his CRA account and saw the same—over 500 T5008s and about several T5s.
From TaxCycle ARF: I can only see one T4.
Anyone else deal with this?
So far for me…either everything available in the “view mode” (ie going directly to the client account on RAC) imports…or nothing does. And sometimes although the slips show as “available” in view mode…they won’t actually display, and of course they don’t import.

Definitely not the seamless experience the CRA promised! I never thought I’d be spending my days manually keying in endless boxes from tax slips like it’s 2015.
