I’ve been trying for days to access my Online Efile account and verify accepted transmissions. While I can log on successfully, I can’t see any accepted or rejected/amended returns for any time period.
All I get is “ No transmissions available for the time period”.
Was on the Efile Helpdesk twice for troubleshooting , about 45 minutes each, neither agents could explain the issue. One suggested I use a different browser (which I did) - same result. Even tried with Safari on Apple computer. Finally, she said she would escalate the issue.
Yesterday, received a call-back from Efile Helpdesk, spent about an hour trying this and that. Agent finally gave up and said there must be something in my browser settings affecting the search.
While I’m fairly new to Windows 11, (since July) I can pretty well work my way around settings.
Successfully downloaded a few AFR yesterday but wondering if this is going to prevent me from Efiling returns for 2025.
Anybody else having same/similar issue ?
