We host our files on the Microsoft cloud (SharePoint). We have noticed that the DoxCycle and TaxCycle get unlinked when we move them to a different folder or access them via a different device.
No. I have the same issue with moving them too. I called support, only option is to unlink and re-link each one. Ya, not happening. Thankfully, I have all of mine filed in the same folder as the tax file, so easy to find again, if needed.
