DoxCycle isn't importing all the details from multiple posts on a medical expense

When we create multiple posts from one medical receipt, DoxCycle doesn’t import the date, client name or description of the medical expenses into TaxCycle. Prior to importing, all the data shows up in the posts and can be verified. After importing the posts, the patient and description turn to 0.00 and there’s random numbers in the date field.

This only seems to happen when we have multiple posts for one medical receipt. If it’s just one post, it imports correctly.

If a medical receipt has multiple claims, you are better off to go to TaxCycle and enter each there. Don’t try to enter from DoxCycle.
