Right now our notification service is being overrun with requests to update the status of the DocuSign signatures.
We have turned the notification service off for the moment. You can continue to send DocuSign documents, but you will not automatically get notifications when forms are signed.
We are trying to determine how to handle the large volume of notification requests we are getting. I hope to have an update soon.
The service is much more popular than we anticipated!
