We are having a lot of problems connecting to AFR, internal server error messages, system error broken hyperlink. I’m wondering if this is a CRA issue or something at our end. How are other people doing connecting and downloading from AFR?
Are you trying to auto fill your own return or is it a customers?
Yes same error here when trying yo fill the return of a client.
But I can confirm that it worked yesterday so I think it’s on the CRA side.
This is happening when we try to access for our client’s returns.
Yes we are having intermittent success with it, but more often aren’t getting through.
I installed the update yesterday and I don’t even have the AFR button anymore
