Client manager reports not saving

I’m having a bit of an issue customizing my client manager reports. We have some reports that we made for last tax season, and I am changing some of the filters slightly to work for the current year. However, when I go to make the changes, as soon as I click save, the report filters change and go back to what they were before (in fact, Tax Cycle actually duplicates some of the filters that were there before).

I’m trying to remove a couple of workflow filters, Return completion and Review completion. Each time I try to remove them and save, they come right back.

I’ve made sure to unlock my options profile (as we normally keep it read only throughout the year). I’m not sure what else could be causing the issue.
