I was in RAC and I was about to request a personalized remittance voucher for a client. However, when I moved to the right side of the page for Accounts and Payments, I no longer see the link which I had used previously to make such requests.
I looked on the CRA site and it appears there that nothing has changed. Has anyone else had the issue?
It shows up for me (via RAC), but I can’t say if it dependent upon certain individuals. I’ve checked a few, and it’s always there. Maybe you just have to refresh your browser page?
