I am doing a late return for some new clients. New to Tax Cycle always used TaxPrep. I have downloaded all the slips from CRA no problem but none of the RRSP or other balances have downloaded when I look into the AFR or CDE REP. Does anyone know why this is glitching and how to resolve it? Will reach out to tech support if need to.

I have reviewed the entire website, there is nothing that seems to help. Do you know what may be causing the issue.

The bottom of Taxcycle T1 AFR page contains the information:
"Account Balances. The following items are not available through AFR 2020, but may be available through Represent a client.
Your account balance:
Amount under appeal:
TFSA"
Perhaps you may wish to write to CRA to ask them when they plan to implement it.
In the meantime, login to RAC and get that information there.
AFR/CDE:
Alternatively, get the clients to provide their own information. (Their Financial Institution will have all their transactions).
