Has anyone had a zip file uploaded by a client in TaxFolder? How do we open/save the documents inside the folder?

Yes, I get them all day every day. You click the zip, it downloads, you open it and extract the files and then you have them

Click it, it downloads. Open the foloder and find the “extract all” button to get them out.
If you’re using DocCycle, you can drag the zipped file into DoxCycle without unzipping and it will extract on it’s own, unless it’s spreadsheets or incompatible formats
