Just while I’m thinking of it and obviously not for during tax season, but I’m using TaxFolder for the first year, and just sent a number of documents for client signature that are not directly from TaxCycle (financial statements and other letters etc that aren’t in TaxCycle).
It was so easy to send them, but downloading the signed copies when I get them back is painful! Seems I have to choose each file individually, then click the download button from the new tab that opens, and then change the file name myself to show it as signed (whereas files through TaxCycle automatically have “signed” appended). Apologies if I’m missing some secret way to download quicker…even just the ability to download directly from TaxFolder without having to open the file in the browser first would be great.
