Template Principal condition

@Elizabeth , the template guru!

How can I add a condition to a template where a certain line on prints on the principal taxpayer?
Is it possible? I know the {{ File.Principal }} shows me who is the principal, but I don’t know how to make it a condition. I want if current client is principal print this line.

Any guidance is appreciated!
