I am using TaxFolder to get e-signatures on forms outside of TaxCyle using “New Approval Requests”.
I would be really useful if we could preview the email going out to the client. I’m feeling a little blind, not knowing exactly what the client gets.
When you create a new document request directly in TaxFolder the email that is generated uses the Subject line you enter from this field:
And the body of the email from the field below it - where you can place your instructions to your client.
The email your client will receive will look like this (but with your logo and firm information) …
