I have an OAS slip here with a negative number in box 21 for Net Supplements paid. I am not able to enter the negative number in TaxCycle. I am able to get the negative number in there using a tape. Is there a better way to do this?

The previous year was carried forward from CanTax and I can see that the prior year value was negative.

Of course, the slip downloaded via AFR does not have a value for box 21 so I will have to call CRA to inquire further into that aspect…

It is of no consequence…

You don’t enter negative amount. Just leave it blank or zero.
