Hi: I am looking at a T4a, it has amount in box 14 and 135, but in taxcycle, I don’t see box 14 on the T4A? it’s from retirement. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Box 14 is a recipient number not reported in the tax return.
Box 135 is a premium for private health service plans

Thanks, JMVCA, that box is for recipient paid health premium, I don’t think it’s adding to the taxable income, but does it mean it’s eligible medical expense?

Yes. It will show up on the Medical schedule part way down the page as private health plan.

You shouldn’t have to “ADD” it to the Medical schedule. It should be automatically added by TaxCycle to the Medical expense sheet with the entry on the T4A Box 135 slip. So be careful you don’t create a double entry by adding it manually to the Medical Expense sheet!
