As I now have a few Schedule 15 under my belt, I’d like to suggest that a Smart Copy function to be able to copy a whole row of Schedule 15 and/or the Beneficial Ownership worksheet, and paste it would be a huge time saver.
The number of time where the same person has multiple role (i.e. Settlor, Beneficiary, Trustee) is almost more the norm than the exception.
As previously reported, some software programs allow you to check off multiple roles for the same trust. That might be a better solution.
Yes, that would be a great option as well - simple and efficient.
In my case, I also work with a few larger corporate group that have multiple trusts in place, so there would still be a use case for the ‘Smart Copy’ for the ability to move the same information from one return to the next.

As a work-around - you can use the Excel import template to easily copy rows and update the relevant columns and then import to TaxCycle.
