How do I create a third T2125 form?

So far I have tried:

A) F4 + plus form. No option to create new form. It reverts to one of the two existing forms.

B) Right-click on the T2125 to create a new form. I can’t find this option.

My client has three separate businesses with different addresses for each.

  1. T2125 - Professional Services
  2. T2125 - Business Service one
  3. T2125 - Business Service two

I have been able to create one Professional Services and one Business Services form. Now, how can I create a third T2125?

On the left, under “All Forms”…go town to “Income Statements”…then “T2125 - Create a new T2125”
