I attended the seminar in Mississauga last November 2019. It was mentioned that TaxCycle team is working to make the billing/invoice available to T2 clients.

I think we should see something maybe by the end of the month or beginning of February

This is in production and partially completed. Unfortunately I do not have a release date for it yet. Hopefully we will be able to add this feature with the May /June T2 release.
