Curious about how you handle the T183 when you have co-trustees (executors) for a deceased taxpayer. Do you print out 2 separate T183’s, one with the first trustee’s name and title, and the second with the other’s? Or do you manually add the second trustee to the printed T183? Could not find where CRA addresses this situation.
I do returns for may deceased tax payers. I only get one executor to sign where there are co-executors and I don’t think it is an issue for CRA. The authorisation form and the clearance request need to be signed b y all legal representatives. The TX 19 has space for 2 signatures but I prepare separate authorisations for each legal representative.
