The partner’s don’t appreciate the watermark on the T1135 form. I see that there is a checkbox to remove it, which it great. I’m curious if there is some other function to this watermark/check box. I find it strange that this comment is printed on this form as there are other forms that require signatures that are also not mailed in.
This was a requirement for certification with CRA in the T2 & T5013 modules in 2022. For 2023 CRA has removed this requirement and you should no longer see this watermark in the 2023 module. The update to T5013 for 2023 will be made in a future release.
