Minor suggestion, but could you guys please consider adding the CAN country code to the drop down lists in the T1134 (ex. under the reporting entity’s address, and under the organizational structure reporting (Section 3 on page 2)?
Either that, or if you could allow for these cells to be overridden? If I try to key in CAN it auto-corrects it to CNP, so I’m having to print the forms off and add this manually in some cases.
