T1013 Authorization

So I think I did something wrong. I had a new client sign an authorization (t1013) for 2022 but he has not filed his taxes since 2018 So does that mean I need to have him sign another t1013 for the year 2018 so I can retrieve his information from the CRA website?

No, now that you have authorization you have access to all years.
