I think if you search you will several threads talking about this very topic on this forum
I love Client Track Portal… I value ease of use to price.
If I waste a ton of my time educating my clients and chasing software issues.. what have I saved?
CTP may or may not still be in the running with everyone else.. I haven’t checked as I am happy with what I have.
Most software offer a discount on volume of Esignature required. This will impact the pricing
Size of your firm and if you use a server are other factors to consider with installing, running maintaining and updating any software
I value that CTP is run on a Canadian Server(not necessarily important for others).
Taxfolder integrates directly into Taxcycle but I am a one person firm and do not find that necessary and when I was part of the trial .. it was horribly unnecessarily complex for my needs.
I have used Client track for years to manage my one-person firm and was delighted when they finally came out with the Esignature several years ago.

I second that. I am a very happy user of initially Client-track (since 2007)and subsequently CTP. Tried others before settling down with CTP.

I have CTP, but only use is as a file sharing portal. I like that clients can upload without creating an account
How do you get the T183, etc in there to request a signature since it is not integrated in TC?

Print t183 to pdf.. save automatically to a temp folder for uploading
Attach pdf using the feature for signing that you pay for.
Buy bulk lot of signatures.

I use DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, TaxFolder, SignNow, and Adobe Sign. While I personally prefer SignNow, the majority of my clients tend to favour DocuSign.
I think XODO sign would be one of the cheapest.
I used e-courier. am i the only one? i tried client track and didn’t like.
docusign is great but way to $$$$

I’ve been using e-courier for a long time. Took me a while to educate my clients, but most are compatible by now.
Unfortunately, last year, Revenu Quebec slapped my hand as they won’t accept the e-courier method, so I also use Adobe Sign for Quebec residents.

Wow. I didn’t know one had the capability of making forms in e-Courier.
