My client lives in Ontario and works for a Montreal company. He got RL-1 and T4. since he is not a resident of Quebec, he doesn’t need to file Quebec return. So When I am filing his return as a ON resident, Do I need to copy all the field from RL-1 in Taxcycle under the T4 in Releve 1. Some fields are auto filled but field E (Quebec income tax withheld) was empty. I fill it manually. is this correct way to file the slip?
That is correct.

When you enter QC on the T4 entry form, the Releve 1 will automatically be available when you scroll down…there you enter the QC tax in box E…it will then populate “Income Tax Deducted” without the Yellow display box.
