I had to overcome two problems in attaching financial statements to the CO17
1.- File must not exceed 1 kb
Compress PDF online. Same PDF quality less file size
2 - PDF format must be in PDF/A format
Free Online Document Converter. Convert Word, Excel, PowerPoint to PDF, PDF/A or Image in batch mode.
The above programs worked very well for me and are free.
