Province of residence in the prior year

When the “Caution” review message appears (as below), and I click on the link, it opens the “Info” form. But, in order to clear this error, one must select the province from the Carry Forward form (as shown below). Can this be fixed please?

Hi, I also had this error and when the review message shows and you click on it, it did not take me to the carry forward summary.
