Software says client is applying for ON-BEN. Client is not applying for credit. Not allowing to override.
Any suggestion please.

I have never had a instance where an override was necessary on this form.

It almost seems as if there is a check mark in box 61040. That’s the only way I have been able to generate that diagnostic.
I did think I saw a strange diagnostic message the other day about the software thinking that a Senior Citizen should apply for the OSHPTG when all they had as rent, but surely I was tired & mistaken. 
Thank you for the reply. I checked and unchecked a few times 61040. It is gone now. I had OSHPTG too but was able to bypass it.
