When using taxcycle and the latest version, the T4OAS imports with data but box 21 doesn’t get copied over from AFR to the amount column
I’ve been using TaxCycle since 2020 and it’s always been this way. I have to open the T4OAS and then manually select to use AFR values. Not sure if there are other solutions to automate this, but don’t see anything specific in the settings except tthe “use max OAS values” checkbox. Not sure if this checkbox has anything to do with it (haven’t tried unchecking it).
I don’t have the “use max OAS values” checked and all of the OAS information imports perfectly via AFR.
Since I use AFR for every client I have no reason to have that “max OAS value” checked. I may have unchecked it a few years ago because that setting didn’t play nice with AFR.
