I know this is complex but could the provincial tuition automatically flow through correctly for the new province of residence? [Granted ON and PE had to provide an extra hiccup. QCc should easy. 8- ) ]

It can be an enormous undertaking to verify the inter-provincial tuition transfer based on the old CRA calculation process. This was my study project when I was at CRA in 2007. It was a detailed and iterative process, especially since CRA did not retain a memo field for the pre and post inter-provincial transfer calculation.

Not sure if that is still true.
