I have used caseware for a few years. Technical support is not the best. When I call, I am on hold for at least 20 mins, then I am prompted to leave a message.
Are there any other software that you use to prepare working paper and financial statements?
Yes, customer support is difficult. And, there’s no user group like we have with TaxCycle. I wish there were. Mine takes forever to close. Was much faster years ago.
I use countable.co but I only prepare limited compilations.
I have used AFP, Accounting for Practitioners for many years.
It does working papers accounting and financial statements.
I am extremely pleased with it and it is relatively inexpensive and less complicated than CaseWare.
