We have used AdobeSign for the last few years. Works Great !
I agree with these suggestions. These were all pain points for us and reasons why our admin won’t let me cancel our Right Signature plan.
We used DocuSign for a couple years at the beginning of the pandemic, and then AdobeSign for a couple of years. Both were very expensive!
We are using OneSpan through Convoflo (used to be TagMyDoc. Convoflo does secure communication, portal, signatures and payments all in one place and there is a deal through CPA Canada, so the price is about 1/4 of what I was paying for either AdobeSign or Docusign.
@jglass
Thank you for sharing! Never heard of Convoflo or it’s offers. On the surface this looks very interesting and affordable. I will book a demo.
Thank god i do not use any of the signing program
Never heard of this one will have to look into it thank you
Well maybe I will look into this one also. Right signature
After much deliberation, i have chosen to use e-courier for secure email, signatures and secure box.
they are specifically a security company, easy to use and great customer service.
I can assure you we are listening and we are exploring what we can do for offices that send fewer than 500 signature requests in the year. No decisions have been made at this time.
For background, the eSignature functionality in TaxFolder is the bulk of the effort and cost so it is not a simple thing to “scale down” to a “lite” version. In terms of features, the client portal and file sharing (which are the other features of TaxFolder not related to eSignature) are really a free add on as they are not a lot of extra effort/cost to offer and support. So stripping that out would not have a significant impact on the cost structure.
Thanks for the additional background info, Sarka
How can you add the time and date?
