Does anyone know if it is possible to Efile an election with the T1. It would be in the form of a note, not a prescribed form.
no, you cannot not.
what election are you trying to file?
Most frequently would be a 45(2) or 45(3). It feels like sending a letter into a black hole. If we could Efile them somehow we would have greater certainty that the election is received.
Those are paper filed. Not electronic.
