Has any thought been given to only populating the non-calculated boxes through the OCR? I am spending a lot of time deleting those boxes rather than correcting OCR or dealing with the override messages in TaxCycle?
I have mentioned it before, but a couple of other checks I would find useful in DoxCycle is to check the year of the slip (sometimes clients manage to sneak in a prior year slip), and a matching of the SIN from slips to the SIN of the taxpayer DoxCycle has assigned the slip to.
