Doxcycle Freezing

I saw a post from 2018 about Doxcycle repeatedly freezing and showing (not responding) at the top. the program won’t scroll or respond to commands.

anyone familiar with this and have a fix?

Are you on the most recent version? If yes, did you try to uninstall and then reinstall?

If DoxCycle is still freezing after a fresh install, can you please make sure you have detailed logging selected in your options and next time you see this behavior, click on the ‘view logs’ link under the checkbox, find the most recent log files and to send to support to help us investigate further.

Iam on the most recent version. it is happening on 2 of 4 pc’s in the office.
