DocuSign ID Verification and TaxCycle integration

Hi,
I tried implementing ID verification with DocuSign this year and it appears to not be working. I thought I had set it up in DocuSign so that it would always do the ID verification since we cannot select it from TaxCycle. However, I was getting an error message. I contacted TaxCycle and they did not know and said to contact DocuSign. I have done that and keep getting different answers/information depending on who I talk to. First support person said I needed to buy additional tiers and to talk to sales. I talked to sales and the guy thought it should work for me without buying additional things (I did purchase the ID verification add on and have done screen sharing to show the people at DocuSign). The sales person put through another IT ticket and this person I am now dealing with is driving me insane because he does not seem to be knowledgeable either. I’ve asked to speak to the “specialist” he says he spoke with and am waiting to hear back. But am I the only accountant who has tried to implement this? Is anyone else doing using ID verification in DocuSign with the TaxCycle integration? What type of account do you have with DocuSign and what settings did you need to set up or change?
