Someone shared a form from TaxCycle that we can send to a client to fill up his initial info, like name, DOB, SIN, etc. I thought that I saved the form but can’t find it, Can you please share the link again or give some hints how to get that from TaxCycle.

I think what you are looking for is the Pre-Season Letter. That is in the Correspondence section of all T1 files by default. [image]

This one showing marital status None, the one I saw before, it was showing all the 6 choices for client to select. I think it was modified by some one. It was only this one page. ▶ (attachments)
