Creat a trust number in RAC

is anyone else having problems creating a trust number in rep?

EDIT: problem solved after 3 calls. Legal clerk gave me wrong postal code for executor / lawyer. record at CRA had physical address postal code, i had po box postal code. system wasn’t having any of it and would not proceed past address screen. no error clue other than “this service not available at this time” at the top of the screen. No indication that PC was wrong.

I did one a couple weeks ago without any issues.

THanks. client gave me the PO box postal code. The Executor / Lawyer professional corp address on CRA records was the physical address postal code. 3rd CRA call / agent picked this out of the troubleshooting guide at her end.
