How Bob WK Hamilton still has a job, along with most of the Executives at CRA (and possibly H&R) is beyond me.
This is a fascinating story and well worth the lengthy read. Harvey Cashore has been dogged with it.

I highly recommend watching the full Fifth Estate episode. You can also watch it for free on CBC Gem. It’s scary how easy it is for the scammers to get away with it, and it definitely got me thinking about my own processes to ensure I don’t unknowingly do something to help the scammers.
