When I received Carbon Levy, the bill to get it for free did not have Royal Assent.
Recently, CRA sent me the tax refund which I did not request.
So how get the Alberta tax back for the Carbon Levy.?
It still doesn’t have Royal Assent. But, are you saying you reported the income on the T2 and didn’t deduct it on S1? And CRA reassessed the T2, deducting the CCR income?
I am guessing that you’d have to file an amended Alberta corporate tax return to get the Alberta tax refund.
