I have a return that was originally created as a planning return, however was not designated as such on the info screen. We have now created the a separate return for filing. I went into the planning return to designate as a planning return only to find that I cannot change the purpose of the return and the word filing is now green. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how they dealt with it.
Are you sure the file isn’t locked? Are other fields green? Have you checked under the Protect tab to see whether you can click Unlock file.
