International students ask me every year if I applied for welcome to Canada. Is there anything like this in Ontario. I did ask this to taxcycle if anybody heard about it. I think I get the answer like there is no such thing like Welcome to Canada. When these students call me they say Welcome to Canada should give them $500. Please advise if there is such a thing.

Itâs GST/HST credit. Someone gave a new name to this âWelcome to Canada benefitâ. People are doing stupid stuff to attract the newcomers.
I believe that is in reference to the RC151 form (find it via Reinâs link), pretty sure it has to be mailed inâŚ
