Would love the ability to undo the “I’m Finished” button as an admin once they have hit it, and maybe even for clients too.
Clients often hit it thinking they’re done, then realize they need to upload more documents or update a worksheet. There’s no quick way for them to notify me in TaxFolder, so I only find out if they email me.
Sometimes, I don’t notice until they follow up. Not sure why this locks permanently, and no way to reverse it, but an undo option would really help!
